Do you have questions about RID? We’re here to help! Q: How do I log in to my account?

A: Go to myaccount.rid.org and enter your user name and password. Your “user name” is your member ID number. If you’ve forgotten your member ID number, please do not create another account. Instead, contact member services via phone or email. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can contact Member Services via phone or email to reset it for you, or use the password recovery tool. Note that if you use the password recovery tool, the password that is sent to your email will need to be entered exactly as it appears in the email without the addition of any spaces, etc.

Q: How do I change my membership status to senior citizen?

A: The process is easy!  Go to the website to fill out a form and submit supporting documentation that shows your age.  Once we get that information we will update your account to senior status!  You can find the form on our website here: http://www.rid.org/membership/member-services-forms/

Q: When does my membership expire?

A: RID membership cycles run on fiscal year, so memberships expire June 30th. Don’t forget to renew before then!
