The Selection Process

To ensure a rigorous and objective search, RID contracted with EHR, a professional human resources firm. EHR conducted the initial recruitment and screening of all applicants. Following this phase, the CEO Search Committee reviewed the qualified pool and selected five candidates for formal interviews. From those interviews, the committee has identified two finalists to move forward in the process.
