All personal information submitted must match what is listed in your member account. Certification verification requests (for current and previous certifications) are only provided to current members.

Note: Do not enter your own email address, as you can access a certification verification letter via your member portal anytime. To access it, log in at myaccount.rid.org and navigate to the 'Certification Details' section (brick red color) on your home page. Then click the link 'Download Verification Letter.'(Required)
