In this highly interactive session, we’ll bring to life Sheila Heen and Douglas Stone’s Thanks for the Feedback: The Science and Art of Receiving Feedback Well, as we apply four of their eight strategies to the practice of interpreting. Here you’ll learn how to befriend, embrace, and positively shift the feedback you give and receive into meaningful and constructive conversations, regardless of topic, with whom you’re talking, and other influencing variables.
