We are seeking an ASL Interpreter to join the Communications Equity Services (CES) pod of our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) team. This role is located at our Dahlia Campus for Well-Being in Denver, Colorado. This role is a hybrid opportunity with some days in-office as well as some remote days. Please note that this role is 100% ASL Interpretation.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $53,435 – $62,670 per year – Relocation assistance is available for candidates residing outside of Colorado.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Interpreting Excellence: Bring your passion for ASL interpretation to life during virtual and in-person interactions, meetings, conferences, and therapeutic sessions. Advocate and serve as a liaison while adhering to professional conduct codes.
  • Culture Building: Collaborate with our DEIB team to create inclusive services for the Deaf, hard of hearing, and Deafblind communities. Be a driving force in training initiatives and maintain a trauma-informed environment.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, coupled with a minimum of 3 years of ASL interpreting experience. Certification (RID CI/CT, NIC, or BEI) is a must. Non-profit, mental or healthcare background preferred.
  • Prior mental health experience is not required for this role.
